 Framework of the Wolf Cub Program |

The Wolf Cub program is designed around a framework of the following elements:
Unit Name
When a group of Cubs come together for a meeting, they are called a "Wolf Cub Pack".
Age group
Wolf Cubs are youth (boys and girls) aged 8 to 10 years.
Meetings
Wolf Cub gather once a week for 1.5 hours, after school on week days or weekends. The meeting place may be called the "Wolf Den".
Meeting place
Shall take place the the Partner/Sponsor facility, typically this will be a local School Gym or Church, but may also be a regular outdoor area.
Leadership Team
This is the term given to a group of adults, men and women who are conduct the Wolf Cub program on a weekly basis at the meeting place. The Leadership team may include a "Leader in Training (LIT) and a "KIM" (Troop aged youth).
Activity Groups
The Wolf Cub pack shall be divided into smaller groups of 6 youth, called "Sixes". A 'Six' typically contains a mix of youth aged from 8yrs to 10 yrs. There will be one Adult leader for each 'Six'.
Major Focus
The Wolf Cub program shall promote Games, Playacting, Music and songs, Story telling, Outdoor activities, Craft making, and Spiritual fellowship (GAMSOCS).
Partner/Sponsor
Meeting places are typically held at school gyms, local church or a community centerthat wishes to provide a program for youth.
