They are found nestled among mature trees in Ottawa's Greenbelt offering the elements of nature with the convenience of the city. They are located next to Highway 417 at exit 138, only 15 minutes west of downtown and the Parliament Buildings. They are just up the hill from the Trans Canada Trail. The camp is separated into clusters throughout, with winding roads joining them all together. Since it is a municipal park, there may/will be other public campers present, so you will need to ensure your youth are on their best behavior. A great site, close to home, for a weekend camp for sure!
