This message provides a set of ideas that you can use to help your pack earn the Black Star. All of the black star requirements are listed along with a series of web URL links to program ideas that you can consider using for your pack.

Please note
Your pack can earn the Black star without having to earn any of the badges that are listed within the Black star. Likewise, many of the "A" and "B" requirements naturally fit into the badge requirements.

Black Star: The Natural World Activity Area
The Black star is split into two parts, labeled "A" Requirements and "B" requirements. To earn the Black star, successfully complete the requirements as listed:

A REQUIREMENTS: Do any five "A" requirements
A-1: Care for a lawn or garden for a month.
