1st Stittsville Scout Group makes a difference in the lives of our children, youth and young adults. We provide opportunities for youth to grow, achieve new “firsts” and develop into citizens of the world. We are active members of the Stittsville community, and are proud to participate in many community initiatives, including Villagefest, Apple Day, Canada Day, Spring Cleanup, Parade of Lights and two annual Food Drives for the Stittsville Foodbank.
Our Scouts participate in exciting activities, discovering new things and experiences they wouldn’t discover elsewhere. We believe in putting the “out” in “Scouts” and participate in many outdoor adventures, including hikes, camping, canoe trips, snowshoeing, games and all-season survival skills. Along the way, our Scouts develop into capable, confident and well-rounded individuals, better prepared for success in the world.
And most importantly, we have a lot of fun!
