Welcome to the 1st Stittsville Scout Group “Leader Pocket Pieces” forum. Pocket Pieces are a series of checklists that leaders can use for their program activiites. Each checklist is designed to fit into the front pocket of the leader shirt, hence the name “Pocket Pieces”.
This First Aid pocket piece reference set was generated by a Scout Canada Adult Volunteer 31f5zuu9](Adult scout leader)31f5zuu9] who passed the St. Johns Ambulance “Standard First Aid” course recommended by Scouts Canada. These pocket pieces provide guidance for the following:

2. Reflect First Aid Protocols that were taught in 2010.
3. Do not supercede any St. Johns recommendations for providing First Aid Treatment
4. Are designed to provide essential and immediate First Aid relief prior while professional First Aid services (911) are on their way31f5zuu9][/list:u:31f5zuu9]Contained in this forum is one PDF file which contains the following:

To use this pocket piece, download it and print it out. Fold it in two and use sticky tape to hold it together. Once you have used it, you can throw it away 31f5zuu9](as the paper can be recycled)31f5zuu9] or you can make a more permanent copy as follows:
